The Educator Voice Fellowship: Our Work


The Educator Voice Fellowship (EVF) empowers great educators to shape education decisions and instruction that prepares all students for college and careers in the 21st century.

Practicing educators have unmatched school-based expertise about how education policy affects teaching and learning. We help our Fellows build a bridge for students from the classroom to successful careers and postsecondary pathways. 

Partner: Collaborate with education organizations and state and district policymakers.

Recruit and Select: Recruit and select cadres of diverse, effective teachers, principals and district leaders.

Facilitate Learning: Provide real-world context and training to develop understanding of the 21st century workplace.

Connect: Connect Fellows to experts, thought leaders, and opportunities to shape teaching and learning.

We provide best-in-class training and nurture a professional learning community for teachers and principals who have made a positive impact for kids and want to scale their impact to their state's education system. 


The Fellowship network comprises nearly 600 educators in 34 states and the District of Columbia. For the 2017-2018 School Year:
